We are open 365 days per year. The spa will close its doors 90 minutes in advance if no clients are on the site at this time. We suggest that you call in advance if you are planning to arrive less than 90 minutes before closing time. Schedule and rates may change without prior notice.
Clients must be 18 years of age or older. New. Young adults of 14 to 17 are welcome when accompanied by a parent.
*Regular schedule and rates are valid all year from Friday to Sunday and every day during the following holidays and summer periods:

*Eco-Responsible Days: Schedule and rates are valid from Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays and summer periods. According to our Green Commitment, for certain double facilities, one will be closed during the Eco-Responsible Days.

No reservations are accepted for entrance to the spa. In order to maintain the quality of your experience, we have limited the number of people who can use the spa at once. A waiting period may therefore be necessary on busy days if the spa is already full at the time of your arrival and you do not have a massage appointment or booked an mini-chalet. This situation occurs mostly on saturdays. We suggest that you come early or contact us a call prior to your arrival to inquire about the availability.

Bathing suits and sandals must be worn at all times. We recommend that you also bring a robe during winter. These items are available for sale or rent at the spa at the following rates:

Using the spa facilities may not be recommended for pregnant women or people with heart conditions, hypertension or hypotension, diabetes, and respiratory illnesses. Smoking is forbidden everywhere in the spa complex. Please do not bring your own food in the spa complex. Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Young adults of 14 to 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent. Site is not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.
