With a surface area of 360 square feet, our tiny-houses offer all the comfort needed for two people. They include a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a living area with a gas fireplace, as well as a covered 112 square foot deck. Every night’s stay at a mini-chalet includes access for two to the facilities at Nordique spa Stoneham.

Single night stay can be booked only:

    • Monday to Thursday in low season or
    • based on availabilities one day in advance with a 100$ surcharge (booking by phone only)

Rules and Conditions

      • For every night of your stay in a tiny-house, it includes two spa admissions for the facilities at the Nordique spa Stoneham. It is not permitted to leave the spa and re-enter with the same spa admission. Spa opening hours are available on our Internet site at www.spastoneham.com.
      • Spa admission is available from 10am of your arrival date. You can also use you spa admission the day of departure after check-out.
      • The tiny-house will be available for 4 pm at the latest for check-in. Arrival at the latest for 8pm from Friday to Sunday and during summer and holiday periods. Arrival at the latest for 6pm from Monday to Thursday and on December 24 and 31, excluding during summer and holiday periods indicated on our Internet site in the Schedule section. Fees of $1 per minute are applicable for late arrivals. Contact us in advance if you are planning to arrive late to make arrangement in order to avoid additionnal fees.
      • Check out is at 11am at the latest.
      • The person reponsible must be 18 years old or older.
      • Balance due must be paid in full at the time of the reservation.
      • Maximum number of people allowed in a mini chalet is two. Only children 14 and older may use the facilities at Nordique spa Stoneham.
      • Smoking and vaping inside the mini chalets is prohibited.
      • No animals are allowed in the mini chalets.
      • A security deposit of $500 is required at the time of check-in.
      • Non-refundable booking: No refund or modification, inculding poor weather or road conditions.
      • Refundable booking (additionnal fees applicable): 100% rental fees refund for cancellation made more than 7 days in advance. Associated fees are not refundable.
